EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Back On Track Charity Foundation was founded on October 1st, 2018, by a group of passionate and concerned youth leaders who are community leaders by birth, upbringing, and residence. The Foundation has been working diligently to address and mitigate various social issues in the community.

PURPOSE OF BACK ON TRACK
Poverty, instability, disease, and societal ills affect vulnerable families in Nigeria, particularly in Plateau State. Many families are displaced due to instability and forced to seek safety elsewhere, with women and children being particularly at risk. Urban migration has led to increased populations in cities, resulting in inadequate housing, poor sanitation, and unsafe drinking water. Despite the state’s natural resources, such as tin and fertile agricultural land, 60% of its population lives in poverty. Back On Track Foundation, supported by generous donors and individuals, strives to provide assistance to those in need, including:
– Mothers and children lacking access to healthcare.
– Children requiring support due to lack of education and malnutrition.
– Young girls at risk of underage prostitution and drug abuse.
– Addressing domestic violence, rape, child abuse, cultism, and other social issues.
The Foundation is committed to working with community leaders and authorities to combat and reduce these issues in our community, state, and across Nigeria.
